Getting To Know Each Other Deeper on The First Date in ‘Cherry Magic Anime’ Episode 7

Even when Adachi tells Kurosawa how he feels, he still finds office romance awkward. Will this be a first date to remember now that the latter asks him out and he can’t say no? In the upcoming “Cherry Magic Anime” episode, we will discover more.

Episode 7.

On the day of their first date, Adachi woke up late, as he had slept late the other night. He struggles to choose what to wear, so he ends up wearing his usual casual clothes. He was stunned by how handsome Kurosawa looked in his brown hoodie jacket when he saw him waiting outside the train station. He was so shy to stand beside him, as he looked so good while he didn’t even brush his hair. Kurosawa noticed that he was embarrassed, so he tapped his hair and assured him that he looked good at that moment. Kurosawa sings his heart out when Adachi tells him to plan their day.

Adachi unintentionally throws up when he hears him sing, and he still worries about how he looks. So Kurosawa asks him if he wants to go shopping with him. When Adachi touches him, he discovers how excited Kurosawa is to dress him up. They went to a nearby boutique and started to look for clothes that suited Adachi. Kurosawa chose a blue jacket for him, and it suits him very well. Adachi was surprised at how expensive the jacket was, so Kurosawa insisted on paying for it. He declined at first, but the latter insisted on celebrating their first date. When he taps his shoulders, Kurosawa says in his mind that seeing him wearing that jacket makes him happy.

Adachi declined and gave his card to the cashier. When he accidentally touched him, the old man said in his mind that if a man gives someone clothes, it’s because they want to undress them. After hearing that, Adachi felt relieved that he had paid for the jacket. After shopping, they went to some places with beautiful views. Kurosawa can’t help but smile to see how happy Adachi was and that they enjoyed their first date. While eating snacks, he told the latter that he had made a reservation at an Italian place with a view of the ocean. Kurosawa smiles as he sees Adachi enjoying his steam bun, so he decides to grab a drink for him.

Two women passed by, and they noticed how handsome Kurosawa was. Adachi hears their conversation, and one of them says that Kurosawa looks like a model, and she wants to talk to him when he gets back. Adachi sighs when the other woman says that they look close to friends and that they don’t look good as a couple. When Kurosawa gets back, Adachi unintentionally removes his hands when he touches him. The latter was surprised, so he apologized immediately, as he still remembers what he heard earlier. After that incident, Adachi tries to act normally as he does, but when he hears Kurosawa’s voice, his heart leaps.

As they continue walking, he realizes that they can’t go back to just being colleagues anymore. Kurosawa asks him if he wants to do something before dinner. He told him they would just walk, but he was surprised when he saw a helicopter, and Kurosawa said they would walk in the sky. He apologizes and says he just wanted to talk privately, but Adachi, was just scared of helicopters, and he couldn’t hear him because of the loud noise. When the latter asked him if he wanted to ride with him, he said yes immediately. Kurosawa told him to enjoy the view while they were on the helicopter. He also says that he was happy that Adachi enjoyed his first date, and he liked his smile.

But little did he know, Adachi was shaking in fear as the helicopter went high. Adachi can’t help but admit to him that he can’t handle a helicopter ride and that he wants to get off immediately. Adachi almost passed out after that helicopter ride, so Kurosawa canceled their dinner and decided to take him home. While in the car, Adachi is holding the flowers he gave him earlier and realizes that Kurosawa didn’t get angry even though he ruined all his plans for their date. He then thinks that maybe he’s not good enough to date him. Meanwhile, Kurosawa blames himself for not realizing that Adachi is scared of heights, as he lets himself get carried away because it was their first date.

He just dropped him in front of his house and said goodnight. Adachi realizes that, just like him, he is nervous too. That was the most charming thing he said all day. He is still afraid of rejection, but if Kurosawa’s hurt, he has to fix it. The next day, Kurodawa was surprised when Adachi apologized to him and asked him to go out with him for dinner. They enjoyed their first dinner together, and while walking home, Adachi told him that he gets jealous sometimes as he doesn’t know why couples go on dates. He also admitted that yesterday, all he thought about was what other people thought of them.

But he was glad that he made sure he had fun that time. He then realizes that it doesn’t matter what others think or if he knows what he’s doing. He just wants to have fun with him. Adachi almost slips, but Kurosawa catches him. He held Kurosawa’s hand, and the latter went into shock when he said they should hold hands until they reached the station. And it seems that they can read each other’s minds because they have the same thoughts. At that very moment, Adachi couldn’t help but wonder: What would Kurosawa do if he found out that he was a wizard?

They were genuinely unprepared for their first date when it finally happened. Though occasionally the best-laid plans backfire, they both intended to impress one another. As it turns out, Adachi is frightened of heights, while Kurosawa is hoping for a romantic helicopter ride. Adachi also finds it difficult to shake the feeling that he is not the right person for Kurosawa, despite his desire to spend more time with him. Still, he had the guts to express that all he wants is to enjoy himself with him and no longer absorb other people’s perspectives.
