Episode 5
Gi Min and Jun Hyuk excitedly wait for the pilot episode of Doobi Doobi Jab, which will reveal who will be the celebrity joining the variety show and what job he will be doing. Meanwhile, Dae Byeol nonchalantly observes on the side, but he gets anxious after seeing Uno land a job in his dog cafe. He also gets a call from Eun Young, who tells him that a pet needs brand will be sponsoring products at the dog cafe as part of an indirect advertisement for the whole month that perked him up. Eun Young also assures that Dae Byeol can keep the products even if Uno leaves the show midway, and she is quite sure that it won’t happen.
On the other hand, Uno begins to prepare for the dog cafe by watching animal shows and surrounding himself with toys that resemble animals and even toys that make animal noises until he finally deems himself ready. However, CEO Pyo and Seong Ju couldn’t help but worry. A few days later, Eun Young and the production team finally arrive at the dog cafe to set up the place with cameras that automatically turn on and turn off every nine in the evening to signal that the shooting for the day is already done. She also gives them a vest that has a camera in its front pocket that they can use if they go outside with Uno to run errands. The only places left without cameras are the bedroom and the bathroom, or what serves as Dae Byeol’s residence. Later, she provides them with a simultaneous interpreter to be able to communicate with Uno conveniently. They then wait for Uno’s arrival at the dog cafe, where Seong Ju sends him off excitedly and even compliments the dog cafe’s exterior. Seong Ju wishes that the owner will be a woman who will be captivated by Uno’s charms, so he will hopefully not be asked to work so much. Uno then heads to the dog cafe, wearing an immaculate three-piece suit, enhancing his good looks. Upon his entry, Gi Min and Jun Hyuk welcome him warmly, while Dae Byeol remains silent on the side. The staff tells them through the intercoms set up that they must now do the first mission, which is to introduce themselves and show off their special talents. If the special talent doesn’t generate a reaction from the audience, the person will get punished. If the special talent is well received, then the person will be rewarded. Before the mission begins, Dae Byeol tells Uno that the dog cafe has one rule that he must follow, and that is that he shouldn’t hurt the animals, or else he’s automatically out of the job.
Gi Min goes first on the mission and shows dance as his special talent, followed by Jun Hyuk, who does aegyo in front of them. Dae Byeol then follows and presents awkward celebrity impersonations. Uno goes last and tells everyone sincerely that he hopes to work well at the dog cafe before he sings a song that everyone loves, including Eun Young and the production team.
