The film’s logline reads, “In the busy streets of the metro, young photographer Dino seeks solace with Vince in their quest to capture the aged architecture of the city. But amidst the growing city noise, their personal stories begin to resonate.”

Director’s Note:

I believe in the concept of the “third place” as our genuine home. In my upbringing, I realized that after home and school, there’s this third place that is vital with my becoming, and its the tall buildings and busy streets of Manila.

Escolta serves as an invaluable third place where there is solace. As I wander its streets, it makes me feel seen, as it is a witness of my triumphs, and I also sense a mutual feeling of sorrow. This is why I envision this story of “At least We Had This Moment,” a thematic sequel to “please, remember this night.” It introduces new characters of my yearn universe—that is a testament of my yearning for safe spaces amidst the looming threat of modernization, and how Escolta stands as a silent witness to the stories that have unfolded upon its walls.
