Two cast members of ‘Dangerous Romance’ found themselves in hot water after being called out online. This occurred due to a video of Perth Tanapon, along with co-actor Marc Pahun, in which they appear to be mimicking homosexual intercourse.

Fans found this to be a mockery of the LGBTQ community and were particularly disappointed since Perth has played multiple LGBTQ roles as an actor, including the upcoming ‘Dangerous Romance’ and as someone who has portrayed such roles, the fans believe he should have been more sensitive regarding LGBTQ issues. Perth has since addressed the issue through a Tweet, which can be seen below.

In the said tweet, Perth explained that the video lacked context due to the audio being absent and that he and Marc were playing around and pretending to be horseback riding. He further claimed that he had no ill intentions and did not wish to make fun of the LGBTQ or depict the community in a negative light. He ended the Tweet by saying that while he did not intend to do anything negative, if his actions have caused offense or harm to the LGBTQ, he admits his mistake and apologizes for it.
