We finally have an update from this most-awaited Taiwanese BL, ‘The Only One’! The production’s official Instagram account (@theonlyone_tw_series) unveils photo stills from their upcoming show ahead of its release next year.

‘The Only One’, also known as Mou Mou and A Certain Someone, is a live adaptation drama based on Mu Si Li’s popular online novel of the same name and is directed by director Huang Hui Liu of ‘Your Name Engraved Herein’, the highest-grossed LGBT film in Taiwan in 2020, alongside screenwriters Deng Yao Yu and Jing Ma.

Actors Liu Dong Qin (Eric Zayn) and Cheng Xiang Zhen (Benjamin Tsang) are taking on the lead roles of Shang Wang and Jiang Tian, respectively. Before this drama, Benjamin Tsang already created noise in the BL world as he portrayed Bai Zong Yi with Stan Huang from the ongoing Taiwanese BL series ‘VIP Only’ in Lin Pei Yu’s novel promotion of ‘Kiseki/ Miracle’, best known as ‘Kiseki: Dear To Me’.

SYNOPSIS from Amazon: On the first day when Sheng Wang transferred to a new middle school, he knew Jiang Tian through a fight. What’s weird was Jiang Tian was introduced to him as his brother that night. As Sheng Wang defended his face and his territory, his unbridled life thus started. And he and Jiang Tian turned from enemies to friends. He thought this time was just a short journey of life until they became the only ones in each other’s hearts.
