Jhe Reui’s brother picked him up from his apartment. He showed him Zong Yi’s acceptance letter from medical school and asked him if he wanted to bring it with him, but he didn’t remember anything. Meanwhile, Chen Yi is drinking so hard because his boss is disappointed in him, and he blames him for what happened. He also felt guilty that Zong Yi went to jail. Ai Di saw him drinking, so he stopped him and told him that what happened to Zong Yi was not his fault. But Chen Yi still blames himself and tells the latter that even though he worked so hard, he still failed. Ai Di felt jealous, so he told him straight to his face that their boss only saw him as a son, nothing more, nothing less. And finally, Ai Di confesses his feelings for him. Chen Yi pulled Ai Di over, so the latter went on top of him. Ai Di stops him, but his friend is strong enough, so they end up lying on the bed. He tried to get up, but Chen Yi went on top of him and tried to tease him.
He felt conscious when he said that he had promised to keep watching him. He then remembered the first time Chen Yi kissed him, and finally, he gave in. He kissed him before he took off his shirt, and even though he thought about their brotherhood, he still couldn’t resist and took off Chen Yi’s shirt. And finally, the two of them expressed their feelings for each other that they had been keeping for a long time. Ai Di shed some tears as they continued, and when the latter saw it, even though he was drunk, he just realized who he was with. The next day, Ai Di watches Chen Yi sleep as he feels guilty for what happened to them last night. A moment later, he receives a message that the Fan Family attacked Zong Yi and hurt his head. He gets angry, and he decides to take the blame for Chen Yi to make up for what he did to him last night. He went out of the room, called his boss, and asked him to see him that day.
Four years later, Jhe Reui became very different from who he was before the incident. Their grandfather told his brother that he needed to keep watching Jhe Reui because he felt strange that his strong personality had become low-key. The old man thinks that there’s something else going on with him because he worked with his brother for years and he never defied him. That very same day, Zong Yi and Ai Di finally got out of jail. A moment later, Chen Yi came in his blue luxury car to pick up Ai Di. He tried to walk away, but the latter carried him inside the car. Before leaving, Ai Di told Zong Yi that his home address was written in his notebook, and he promised to keep in touch. Inside the car, Chen Yi advises him not to contact Zong Yi anymore for the latter’s safety. He told him that their boss agreed years ago that he wasn’t part of the gang anymore, but Chen Yi disagreed.
Chen Yi brought him to their hideout, and all the gang members greeted him. Ai Di tried to escape, but Chen Yi carried him inside. And to his surprise, Chen Yi prepares his favorite spicy foods. Chen Yi starts to ask him why that happened to them that night four years ago, and he interrupts him and says he just wants to get back at him. So he asks him to have sex again so they can be even, but what Chen Yi wants is an explanation. So he told him that he was just playing and having fun. Before Ai Di walks away, Chen Yi promises him that he will find the truth, no matter how long it takes. Zong Yi finally came home. His father and sister were so happy to see him get out of jail. His father prepares a meal for him, and suddenly his sister walks out. He asks him why, and his father says that his sister is blaming herself for what happened before.
