Episode 4.
In their dormitory, Bu Xia tries to sleep, but the ghosts keep on bothering him. Some want him to get revenge on them, while others even try to guilt him for ignoring them. He almost succeeds until someone says they might as well show themselves to him, making him afraid. He dials Jiang Chi, who is currently working part-time and asks him to go home immediately for a midnight snack as an excuse to seek rest from the voices. On the other hand, Jiang Chi assumes his roommate misses him already, which makes him happy.
Meanwhile, Bu Xia tries to drown out unwanted voices by going outside, but they still follow him. A Senior student who secretly likes him, as revealed by one of the ghosts, calls him and taps him on the shoulder, which startles the former, causing him to step backward and bump into the person behind him, who turns out to be Jiang Chi, smiling widely. Jiang Chi comes forward and faces the Senior student, who nervously walks away. When the law students turn back, he presents a food takeout to Bu Xia, who touches his hand and smiles at him brightly, relieved at the silence of the unwanted voices. He taps Jiang Chi and motions for him to go back to their room. A group of people take photos of them and cheer for them in the school forum.
Jiang Chi observes as his roommate eats and asks him why the latter requested him to come back immediately. Bu Xia thinks that he can’t tell the former the real reason, so he does not answer. Meanwhile, the law student thinks he should give more room for Bu Xia to confess his feelings toward him by asking if the latter misses him, causing him to spill his drink. As Jiang Chi cleans up the mess, the former notices that there is a wound in the law student’s arm and gets the medicine box to treat him. While being mended, Jiang Chi says he is just waiting for Bu Xia to treat him, which made the latter’s heart beat loudly. They talked about their parental situation which resulted in Bu Xia suggesting for the law student to visit their shrine. When the law notices the scattered chanting papers in their room, the basketball player explains that his grandfather made it because he is afraid of ghosts. He thinks that the law student will not believe him as he is a man of science, but instead, Jiang Chi puts one of the chanting papers at the back of his mobile phone and tells Bu Xia that he’ll be there if he needs him to appease his fear. Bu Xia apologizes to Jiang Chi for thinking he is mean when he is actually thoughtful; the law student tells him it’s only for him as he gets up.
