‘Be Love, Go Love’ Unveils Six BL/GL Script Proposals; Be Mentors With Familiar Names in BL

Line TV, in collaboration with Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA), has unveiled six script proposals for BL/GL dramas as part of the ‘Be Love, Go Love’ project! Let’s discover what they entail.

‘Be Love, Go Love’, a Chinese original series development project between streaming platform Line TV and TAICCA, an organization in Taiwan dedicated to promoting and supporting the country’s creative content industry, has received an overwhelming response with a total of 161 script proposals.

On February 23, TAICCA announced the six script proposals on their website, spanning genres such as fantasy, crime investigation, inter-dimensional travel, entertainment industry, and novel adaptation. The selected writers will undergo a 20-week preliminary script development phase before proceeding to further development, production opportunities, and seeking international funding for their production.

The chosen participants will collaborate with guest advisors hailing from Taiwan, Thailand, and South Korea. Among them are Ishtar Tsai, director of “HIStory 2: Crossing the Line”; Wayne Song, an actor featured in “HIStory 3: Make Our Days Count”; Cheng Xu Yi, an actor known for his role in GagaOOLala Original “Fragrance of the First Flower“; and Hwang Da Seul, director of “Where Your Eyes Linger” and “To My Star.”

Additionally, Thai BL producers Pepzi Banchorn Vorasataree (KinnPorsche and My Stand-In) and Wan Thabkrajang (Manner of Death and I Feel You Linger in the Air), along with scriptwriter Bee Pongsate Lucksameepong (Last Twilight, Dangerous Romance, and My School President), have been invited to participate in master classes scheduled for May. During these sessions, they will share valuable insights on crafting impactful BL dramas.
