Following the clarification of the rumors of being canceled, No 3 Pictures has finally released the official trailer for ‘I A Gangster Became A High Schooler’ along with its exclusive screening this month!
‘I A Gangster Became A High Schooler’ is the live adaptation based on a popular web novel of the same name by Ho Rol that depicts the story of an uneducated gangster, Kim Deuk-Pal, who tries to save Song Yi-Heon, who has tried to attempt suicide after suffering bullying at the school. The drama stars Yoon Chan Young (All of Us Are Dead), Bong Jae Hyun, and Lee Seo Jin. It is produced by No 3 Picture, best known for their Korean BL ‘Unintentional Love Story’, and helmed by director Lee Sung Taek, who directed ‘Love Class’ and screenwriter Jung Da Hee.
‘You Make Me Dance’ and ‘Unintentional Love Story’ actor Won Tae Min is also part of the cast, playing the role of a gangster. It also stars Seo Tae Hwa, Kim Se Won, Joo Yoon Chan, and more. The trailer above highlights intense action scenes with no sign of possible romance, as it was reported that its BL content has been removed. Thus, most of the fans assumed it was not BL, but others were hoping for it, even its bromance.
