Love Conquers All in ‘Cherry Magic Anime’ Finale

Kurosawa eagerly followed Adachi to Nagasaki after reading his letter because he wanted to hear everything from him. Adachi and Kurosawa have a passionate kiss as Adachi at last confesses his love for him. Will they both have a happy ending in this? In “Cherry Magic Anime’s” last episode, let’s find out.

Episode 12.

Adachi woke up beside Kurosawa the next day. He then remembered that after his boyfriend followed him to Nagasaki, they had sex for the first time, and he was so embarrassed because he could hear his thoughts. He caressed his face and realized that, until now, he still felt anxious if he couldn’t hear Kurosawa’s thoughts and know what he was thinking. But now, even if they were apart, he knows they’ll be okay. Kurosawa woke up and held his arm. He asked him to stay in bed a little longer before he hugged him. They fell asleep again, and when Adachi woke up, he immediately woke Kurosawa up and asked him to touch him.

Kurosawa was confused, as his boyfriend was so aggressive in the morning, so he pushed him back again in bed, but Adachi put his hand on his face and asked him to think about something. Kurosawa says in his mind that he feels like he is in heaven because he was just woken up by an angel. Adachi’s cheeks blushed at what he said, but then he realized that he couldn’t read his thoughts anymore. He wonders if it’s because he slept with Kurosawa that night or if his definition of virginity was wrong. Kurosawa made him coffee to calm him down. He apologizes to him and says that he got confused because he didn’t think he’d suddenly lose his magic power.

Kurosawa told him that his ability to read minds was amazing, as he could read his thoughts. He was thankful that Adachi fell in love with him despite seeing all the dirty and stupid parts of him, and he’s grateful for his power. He says he fell in love with his words and not with his power. Adachi says he never regrets sleeping with him because he felt so deeply in love with him that he couldn’t express it in words. He promised that from that very moment on if ever he gets anxious, he’ll use his words because he knows they could touch each other to confirm their feelings.

He then figured out that maybe it’s because he felt like he’d be okay with Kurosawa even without his power; that’s why he finally lost it. Kurosawa was teary-eyed after hearing what he said, as he was more charming than him. He always tried to be perfect, but when he fell for him, everything changed. When he’s with Adachi, he’s incapable of being perfect. Adachi feels shy when the latter says he’d go crazy if he fell any more in love with him. Adachi wiped his tears before they hugged each other. He told him that because he can’t hear his thoughts anymore, his warmth and smell are even stronger than before.

Kurosawa left that morning, but before he left, he kissed him on the cheek. Adachi went back from his work trip, and Kurosawa prepared dinner for him. While washing the dishes, he told his boyfriend that he wanted to accept the transfer. Kurosawa assured him that he would be fine, and he thanked him for supporting his decisions. Adachi told him that his thoughts have been making him more confident the whole time. He says that he’ll miss him, but he will be back. The next day, Tsuge went to his apartment to help him pack his things.

Tsuge taps his shoulder, and he unintentionally reads his mind. He is so embarrassed to tell his friend that he’s not a wizard anymore, but Tsuge assures him that he is happy for him. TSige realizes that his friend has changed, and he falls in love with his boyfriend without relying on his power. He then wondered if, one day, he would lose his magic too. A month after his transfer, Adachi was struggling at his new workplace, while Kurosawa was also having a hard time at work that even his coworkers noticed.

Adachi was so tired after a long day at work as his new coworkers treated him like a leader, but the truth is, he felt like he was not good enough. He looks out his window and realizes that he misses Kurosawa. On the other hand, Kurosawa knew that he was struggling at the new branch, and he felt sad that he couldn’t do anything to help him. Both of them were struggling in their long-distance relationship. The next day, Adachi decided to go back to Tokyo because he didn’t want to waste time telling Kurosawa what was on his mind.

While running to their office, he was surprised to see Kurosawa running outside their office. He told him he was going to Nagasaki to see him. They went to the park, and Adachi told him about his struggles in their long-distance relationship, after he finished his work in Nagasaki, he told him he wanted to live with him. Before he continued what he was saying, Kurosawa kneeled in front of him and said he wasn’t prepared for that at all. They hugged each other, and after a while, Kurosawa gave Adach a ring, as they had the same thoughts, they put the rings on each other and kissed.

Adachi finished his work in Nagasaki and went back to Toyo. Minato finally debuted as an idol, and he and Tsuge stayed together. Kurosawa and Addachi are now living together happily and wearing their rings in the office. The series ended with Adachi and Kurosawa finally getting married, and their union was witnessed by all of the people they love.

Adachi and Kurosawa eventually found love after struggling to maintain their magic and acknowledge their emotions. Adachi, still a virgin at thirty, evolved into a wizard and gained the ability to read people’s minds. It was through this ability that he discovered his long-term romantic connection with Kurosawa, his coworker. Before they could officially admit their feelings for one another, they had to overcome a lot of obstacles and heartbreaks in their relationship’s early stages. But in the end, they overcome all obstacles because they stand by one another through the struggle. The series showed us that love is stronger than all other emotions, regardless of how difficult it is to love someone.
