The official account of the series has revealed the visual poster for the upcoming special edited movie version of the beloved anime series.

Aside from revealing the poster where Adachi and Kurosawa can be seen spending their time on the beach, the official premiere of the movie has also been announced. The film will be available in theaters in Japan on Friday, December 13, 2024. It will revisit the journey of Adachi and Kurosawa from a new perspective, with narration by the two characters. Additionally, episodes that were not shown in the TV anime will also be included. A CD album featuring the TV anime’s soundtrack will be released on December 11, and it will include a new ending song from the movie.

SYNOPSIS: 29-year-old virgin Kiyoshi Adachi reaches his 30th birthday and becomes a “wizard”: he develops an ability to hear the thoughts of other people by touching them. One day, he discovers that his popular co-worker, Yuichi Kurosawa, is in love with him. While dealing with the awkwardness of being able to hear Kurosawa’s rather forthright feelings towards him, Adachi comes to terms with how much Kurosawa values him and starts to develop reciprocal feelings of his own.
