Another addition has been made to the list of issues surrounding fans of the now-dissolved pairing OhmNanon.
Multiple users of the Chinese social media platform Weibo have said rather concerning things about Thai actor Ohm Pawat. This was brought to the attention of users outside the aforementioned site through @pamela_ohmpieng on Twitter, who posted screenshots of the threats against Ohm on Weibo. While, of course, not all fans of the pairing have participated in this behavior, it does seem that news like this is becoming quite frequent from the fandom.
I would like to ask @GMMTV to protect the artist’s safety! Please help Ohm! Many Ohmnanon stans in China claimed on Weibo that they want to smash Ohm’s orange car and kill Ohm’s dogs!Pls!🙏🙏🙏#ohmpawat #ohmnanon #ohmleng pic.twitter.com/h8H4ln6sTh

The threats included damage to Ohm’s property, specifically his car, as well as threats of violence towards his pet dogs, Gold and Denn. This follows other incidents such as fans of the OhmNanon duo sending trucks to the GMMTV building, Ohm and Nanon’s workplace, with screens expressing their anger at the dissolution of the pairing as well as Ohm’s new BL partner, Leng, in their upcoming series ‘Kidnap’.
