Remember that “horny bisexual exes in a European Tour” book? It now has a cover!
New York Times #1 Best Seller author Casey McQuiston is back with another queer novel! Their announcement last October, but it was not until this week that they publicly announced the official cover of the highly-anticipated novel. The cover also features intricate details of different places and food that the bisexual exes, Theo and Kit, have presumably gone through in the whole story.
Meanwhile, McQuiston talks more about their novel with gusto, going into details about the characters in an interview. “It’s not just about making each other jealous, but it’s about like, proving to you that I’m fine,” McQuiston explains. “It’s about finding parts of you in other people and making that enough for tonight.” And of the difference between, what they dubbed as “Sluts in Europe”, with fan-favorites ‘Red White & Royal Blue,’ and sapphic novel ‘One Last Stop,’ they said, “I feel like both “Red, White & Royal Blue” and “One Last Stop” had a really intense, high-stakes plot engine behind them, where it’s like the future of the world or time and space. And this one is like, just about being hot and sweaty in Europe.”
As for the characters, Theo and Kit, McQuiston excitedly says that Theo is a Libra bartender by night and an aspiring sommelier by night. Meanwhile, Kit is a Taurus, and is similar to ‘Lord of the Rings’ Legolas in a way that he is similar to soft, fantasy, ethereal heroes.
