All the nasty “On Swift Horses’ are here and they are steamy!

The 2024 Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) blessed those anticipating ‘On Swift Horses’ with its exclusive release, plenty of cast photos, and insider tidbits from cast and crew interviews.
Starting from the director himself, Daniel Minahan, described the film as “a re-imagining of the American dream, except through a queer lens.” Based on the 2019 novel of the same name of writer Shannon Pufahl, the story begins with the lives of couple Muriel (Daisy Edgar-Jones) and Julius (Will Poulter) instantly altered when Julius (Jacob Elordi), the brother of Julius, a Korean War veteran, arrives in their home to restart his life. Tension arises and secrets threaten to spill.
This film is not for the faint-hearted, as Julius and his male lover, Henry, share plenty of steamy scenes. Further, Muriel also engages in a steamy sapphic affair with a bohemian woman, Sandra, played by Sasha Calle.
