imase will once again sing the theme song while Nakamura Yurika will perform the ending for ‘Chaser Game W2’.

‘Chaser Game W: My Evil Boss Is My Ex-Girlfriend‘ follows Harumoto Itsuki who faces emotional turmoil when her ex-lover, Hayashi Fuyu, reappears as a representative of a Chinese company involved in the project. The story explores their past relationship, hidden identities, and the tension between them as they navigate professional challenges and unresolved feelings. The sequel will focus on the gap between Itsuki and Fuyu’s reunion which was not featured in the first season as well as the various stories of people that unfolded around the two after their reunion.

The theme songs for the sequel have been announced, with imase, who also performed the theme song for the previous season, and Nakamura Yurika, the actress who plays Hayashi Fuyu, taking the lead. The theme song, titled “Prism,” will be performed by imase. This up-tempo track, written by imase, features warm but bittersweet lyrics that reflect the future of Itsuki and Fuyu. The ending theme, “L.o.v.e.,” written and performed by Nakamura Yurika, includes heartwarming lyrics that express Fuyu’s feelings for Itsuki from her perspective.
