‘Warrior Nun’ fans have something to celebrate because the beloved sapphic occult series is coming back as a film trilogy!
After Netflix canceled ‘Warrior Nun’, it has been reported that due to the overwhelming fan support, the sapphic series starring Alba Baptista will be coming back. This time, we see a more concrete plan with executive producer Dean English announcing that ‘Warrior Nun”s story is coming back as a film trilogy! On the warriornunsaved.com website, English posted both video and written announcements thanking all of the fans’ support and “incredible energy” that they were able to push forward with the story. He then proceeded to announce that they will be coming back with three films but was still unable to announce anything specific due to the ongoing Hollywood strike involving actors and writers.
Furthermore, English clarified that there will be a “universe being launched of ‘Warrior Nun’, which could expand into films and TV series following characters that we already know.” And again, there will be more details in the future regarding this bombshell news.
