Drag Race fans are in for good news as Paramount has announced on Monday, August 21, that ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ is officially renewed on MTV for its 16th season!
The ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race: Untucked’ companion series has also been picked up for a new season. The ‘Untucked’ segment is where viewers can get to see the behind the scene dramas that are not shown in the show.
Additionally, ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars’ has been renewed for a ninth season on Paramount+. Similarly, the ‘Untucked’ segment for the ‘All Stars’ version has also received the green light.
Fans can now definitely look forward to more ‘Drag Race’ content or web series such as “The Pit Stop“ where an alumna of the show recaps the episodes of the current season and “Fashion Photo RuView” where queens rate and evaluate the participating contestants’ stage outfits with “toot” or “boot” for good and bad outfits respectively. The show was originally hosted by the duo fashion queens Raja and Raven but has since been rotationally hosted by other alumnae.
