Popular Danmei ‘Tian Guan Ci Fu’ (TGCF) Will Be Releasing Simplified Chinese Novel With Extra Content

TGCF fans, rejoice! We will be getting new TGCF content in novels.

TGCF or Heaven Official’s Blessings by best-selling author Mo Xiang Tong Xiu has had a lot of adaptations — from novel to manhua, to animation/donghua, and live-action series. But now, HuaLian fans are indeed floating in joy with the announcement that TGC will be released in simplified Chinese novels and with extra 10,000-word scenes!

The novel’s publication announced earlier today that pre-sale will start at 19:00 on the evening (CST) of May 13th, Saturday. The novels will include a double-sided hard cover storage box, inner and outer covers, a 24-page color insert, stickers, bookmarks, laser tickets, paper lamps, and more.

Meanwhile, the danmei’s publisher posted a teaser PV of what fans could expect from the novel. Watch it here:

No other information is released regarding the danmei’s international release. For now, TGCF’s new content will be in simplified Chinese.

Meanwhile, TGCF or ‘Heaven’s Official’s Blessing’ is a story between a once royal prince turned disgraced god named Xie Lian and a powerful supreme ghost named Hua Cheng. They go through different realms and journey together, learning about each other’s pasts and trying to build a home together in a temple that’s beyond repair. We go with them on a journey and find out that there are a lot more secrets to unveil, and darker secrets that should remain beyond the grave. But through it all, love and loyalty will persevere.
