A hopeless romantic trans woman, Janzen Torres (played by EJ Jallorina) desperate to find the love of her life gets a taste of the chance at love when she is matched with Theo Balmaceda, a handsome, mundanely perfect man on a dating app. But things negatively escalate quickly when Theo ghosts her on the day of their meet-up leading Janzen to a discovery of an intricate, extensive, and sociopathic catfishing scheme by an upcoming director named Beanie Landridos (portrayed by Maris Racal).
