The Philippines’ first BL dating show ‘Sparks Camp’ is back for another season with brand-new queer cuties looking for some romance.

‘Sparks Camp’ will feature a cast of eight single queer people who will play mini-games and win dates with each other to find their mutual spark ultimately.

On June 12, Wednesday, Black Sheep, the series producer, has finally revealed the eight hot campers on its social media, exciting BL fans.

Its first season was met with flak from fans due to the lack of diversity but it seems like the production finally listened to the valid criticisms, casting queer people of various body types and tribes.

Without further ado, here is the diverse cast of the second season of ‘Sparks Camp’.

‘Sparks Camp’ is directed by acclaimed director and story editor Theodore Boborol and was written by Patrick Valencia, known for his queer-centric works like ‘Hanging Out,’ ‘The Third Party,’ and the ‘Hello Stranger’ BL series. Daniel Saniana, writer of ‘Sila Sila’ also co-wrote the show. LGBTQIA+ icon and trans activist hosted the series as the campers’ “Mother Sparker.” She is also known for her digital show ‘3Some,’ her TikTok series ‘Mahalagang MELAman Mo,’ and her YouTube content ‘All Things T.’
