Following the announcement of its release date, the sports-themed BL “The Rebound” unveiled a minute-long teaser ahead of its premiere this month!

The newly released teaser opens with Zen asking the school director for another chance after a third mishap. The introduction of Ryu, the newest member of the basketball team, follows. A tense conversation takes place on the rooftop, where Ryu reminds Zen that he will always be his “little Zen,” not just a team member or the team captain. It also introduces Atom, a recent arrival determined to win Zen’s heart—something Ryu has never dared to do. Tensions rise, both on and off the court, as friendships deepen beyond the basketball court.

The official synopsis reads: “Ryu” and “Zen,” former best friends bonded by basketball since childhood, explore how their closeness evolves into feelings beyond friendship. However, Ryu remains confused and hesitant about his feelings. Over time, Zen becomes the school’s basketball team captain, and Ryu, a former street basketball player, joins the team. Will they achieve their dreams and win, and how will their deeper feelings affect their relationship? Watch as they score both on the court and in their hearts.
