On September 24, the production team behind the short drama ‘Stealing From My CEO’ released a nearly 2-minute official trailer, offering fans a glimpse into its dramatic plot.

Thirteen years ago, Chen’s adopted younger brother, Gang, disappeared after a heated argument and never returned, leaving Chen heartbroken and spiraling into depression. Now a successful CEO known as Lucas, Chen finds himself manipulated by Nana, who poses as Gang’s biological sister and tricks him into an engagement.

Meanwhile, Gang, now part of a family of thieves, sets his sights on robbing Lucas and Nana’s new home. A love triangle also emerges between Lucas, Gang, and Gang’s thieving partner, Crane.

The trailer stirred excitement with its clever use of witty, fake reviews as part of its marketing scheme, including comments like, “I’m homophobic, but I’ll give it a pass” – my father, and “They seem to be really good friends” – my aunt. While some fans were intrigued by the humor, others expressed mixed reactions due to the drama’s shorter format.

‘Stealing From My CEO’ follows a twisted romance between Lucas (who changed his name from Chen), a depressed CEO, and Gang, his resentful long-lost adopted brother, who became a thief and made him the target for his next heist.
