WATCH: ‘Club Friday 16 Hot Love Issue: Domestic Incident’ Drops Intriguing Affair Trailer; Premieres September 20

Following the success of ‘Love Bully,’ “Club Friday” returns with another captivating queer story. The upcoming series, ‘Club Friday the Series Season 16: Hot Love Issue – Domestic Incident’, is set to premiere on September 20.

This new installment stars Aon Kasama, known for his role in ‘This Love Doesn’t Have Love Beans’, alongside Lift Supoj, who played Q’s dad in the ongoing Thai BL drama ‘Kidnap’, and Yuyee Alissa. The story follows a young man who finds himself in a forbidden love affair—falling for his mother’s new husband!

‘Club Friday the Series’ is a long-running anthology based on true stories originally shared on the popular Thai radio program of the same name. Each season and title stands alone, presenting a unique story.

In ‘Domestic Incident,’ the plot centers on a single mother who has raised her son with love and dedication, serving as both a friend and sole caretaker. Overwhelmed by the responsibility, she agrees to her son’s suggestion to find a new partner who could care for her and share the burdens of life. She eventually meets the ideal man, who loves her and forms a close bond with her son.

Initially, the mother is comforted by the growing connection between her son and her new husband, as the two spend time doing “guy” activities together. But she remains unaware of the deeper, romantic relationship forming between them. The mother steps aside when the truth is revealed, believing that her son and the man she loves might find happiness together. Little does she know, this might only be the beginning of a complex and tragic love story.

‘Domestic Incident’ consists of four episodes and is scheduled to premiere on September 20. The series will air every Friday at 9:15 PM GMT+7 on the local TV station one31, with reruns available on VIU Thailand and selected regions in Southeast Asia with subtitles. On other hand, you can watch ‘Kidnap’ on GagaOOLala – United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia.
