GMMTV’s ‘Only Friends’ official trailer is here!

Today (July 31st), GMMTV has finally revealed their upcoming TV series ‘Only Friends’ along with its release date, which is coming in August! The drama stars Book Kasidet and Force Jiratchapong from their previous works in ‘Enchante’, ‘A Boss and a Babe’, and ‘Our Skyy 2’, Khaotung Thanawat, First Kanaphan, and Neo Trai from ‘The Eclipse’, and Mark Pakin from ‘My School School’. It is under the direction of Jojo Tichakorn and Ninew Pinya, and the screenplay was written by Best Kittisak. It depicts the story of college best friends who run a hostel to earn money before they graduate, and blur out the line between ‘friendship’ and ‘romance’.

Mew, Ray, and Boston, a group of best friends from the Faculty of Business Administration planning to run a hostel together to earn money before they graduate which blur the lines between friendship and romance. Mew has been focusing on his studies, setting aside no time for sex and relationships. Upon learning of his friend’s innocence, Boston introduces Mew to Top. What Boston intended to be a one-night affair turns into something more and he isn’t happy with the turn of events. Economics student Sand wants an exclusive relationship with Ray, but Ray has feelings for Mew and he’s not interested in settling. IT guy Nick finds a sex tape in Boston’s phone and ends up in a friends-with-benefits relationship with him. However, Nick wants something more.

‘Only Friends’ is set to premiere on August 18th, and will air every Saturday at 8:30 PM GMT+7 on local TV station, GMM25. For international fans, it will be available on their YouTube channel.
