Mark Pakin has finally been given a lead role in a BL series with ‘Sweet Tooth, Good Dentist’, based on a novel by JittiRain!
After a long history of playing supporting cast members from Chang in ‘Bad Buddy’, to Tiwson in ‘My School President’, and most recently, Night in ‘Last Twilight’, he is finally stepping into the spotlight. His partner, however, might not be who you might have expected. The actor was previously paired with Ford Allan in ‘OurSkyy 2 X My School President’ and Neo Trai in ‘Only Friends’, which led many fans to expect one of these pairing to get a lead series. The plot twist came, however, with Ohm Thipakorn, who shared the screen with Mark in ‘Last Twilight’ becoming his official screen partner despite their characters in that series having no romantic involvement. Let’s take a look at the trailer to see what we can expect!
Ohm’s character, Sont, is a vlogger, so the trailer starts out with him, alongside Mark’s character, Jay, introducing themselves to a camera and explaining to the audience how their relationship started. Tooth problems led Sont to the free dental services offered by dental students of his university, which is where he met Jay. The trailer paints the series out to be a lighthearted love story full of comedic moments, like Jay singing the song ‘Last Twilight’ from the series of the same name off-key, a nice comedic moment that also serves as a treat for those who were with Mark and Ohm already in their previous acting project. The tonal shift from their last series will also likely give their fans a nice break after how heavy ‘Last Twilight’ was.
