GMMTV Takes Legal Action Against Malicious Letters Sent To Artist Earth Pirapat

Following Earth Pirapat’s receipt of a letter from a massage spa a couple of days ago, GMMTV and his artist management finally took legal action regarding this matter.

On August 13th, Earth Pirapat voiced his reaction after receiving a letter from Nikko Thai Massage on X, formerly Twitter. This further angered his fans and started tagging GMMTV to take legal action regarding this matter.

I normally don’t pay heed to these kinds of things because I’m aware that I’m a public figure. But this time they really crossed the line. It is too much! The letter doesn’t have good intentions and contains abusive words. I want the person who sent this letter to stop; otherwise, I will take legal action to the utmost. In addition, I already talked with the company about this matter, so don’t worry.

On August 25th, GMMTV appointed an attorney to represent their artist Earth Pirapat for defamation.

GMMTV appointed an attorney of law as a legal representative of an artist under GMMTV Earth-Pirapat Watthanasetsiri to meet with official inspectors to take legal actions against an individual who was involved in activities causing misunderstandings and damaging the actor’s image and reputation. The individual agreed to not repeat such behavior in the future.

Please be informed that those who engage in similar illegal activities against any of our artists will face severe legal consequences from the company.
