Following ‘Cherry Magic TH,’ GMMTV announced two more adaptations based on hit Japanese BL series and manga are coming next year!
On October 17, TV series production house and artist management company GMMTV held their annual announcement of their upcoming projects in 2024, which was held at Union Hall. However, the difference this year is that the announcement is divided into two parts (?), and here are the two upcoming series based on Japan’s TV drama and manga series:

‘Ossan’s Love’ is a romantic comedy series from Japan’s mainstream broadcasting channel. Japanese actors Kei Tanaka, Kotaro Yoshida, and Kento Hayashi announced the Thai adaptation, in which Earth Pirapat and Mix Sahaphap are revealed to play Soichi Haruta and Ryota Maki’s roles (and their corresponding Thai names haven’t been revealed yet). In addition, the actors also promoted their upcoming sequel, ‘Ossan’s Love Returns’ which is slated to be broadcast in January 2024.
SYNOPSIS: Soichi Haruta is 33, single, and works at a real estate office. He wants to get married, but he isn’t popular with women. Soichi Haruta has a comfortable life living with his mother. One day, his mother leaves their house and tells him to become independent. Soichi Haruta has a hard time living alone. He doesn’t know how to do simple things like how to cook or how to do laundry. He begins to live with Ryota Maki. Ryota Maki was sent from the head office to work at the real estate office where Soichi Haruta works. Unlike Soichi Haruta, Ryota Maki is good at cooking and cleaning.
Meanwhile, Soichi Haruta’s senior at work, Musashi Kurosawa, is gay and confesses his feelings for Soichi Haruta. Ryota Maki also tells Soichi Haruta that he has feelings for him. Soichi Haruta is totally straight and his peaceful days are completely ruined.
