WATCH: TopReels Unveils its Original BL ‘Please Teach Me’ Official Trailer; Premieres March 29

On March 12th, the South Korean-based platform TopReels officially unveiled their four original web dramas, including the cutesy-romance BL drama ‘Please Teach Me’!

TopReels is the newest streaming platform that was launched on March 11 in the App Store and Google Play Store. It specializes in vertical short-form web dramas with a duration of 1 to 2 minutes per episode. During the press launch of the platform, the CEO introduces its four original ‘My Revenge Partner’, ‘Summer Code’, ‘My Husband, My Sister, and I’, and their first-ever BL drama on the platform, ‘Please Teach Me’.

‘Please Teach Me’ is a 50-episode vertically filmed Korean BL web drama with a minute-long runtime and is directed by Yoon Hye Ryeom, known for her works in the Holy Class, released in 2024. The drama will star model-actor Park Hyeong Seop from ‘Jun and Jun’ and Lee Sang Min from the Korean adaptation of ‘Why RU?’ as Doyoon and Siwoo, respectively, alongside Kwan See Ju and Lee Young Woo.

The platform also unveiled its official trailer on their YouTube channel and revealed its release date. Check out its trailer here:

The trailer opens with Han Siwoo surrounded by reporters, overwhelmed, until Doyoon, his senior, known for his looks and acting prowess, comes to his rescue. Siwoo confesses that he was fired due to his lackluster acting skills and contemplates leaving the university. A new chapter unfolds as Siwoo seeks Doyoon’s guidance in acting, igniting a deeper bond between them. However, challenges arise along the way. How will they navigate these encounters and strengthen their relationship amidst adversity?

The drama follows a delightful and heartwarming BL romance that blossoms as Doyoon, a leading acting student, and Siwoo, a renowned idol celebrated for his acting prowess, find themselves in the same acting workshop class.
