Following the release of the second teaser, Idol Romance unveiled the ‘Why R U?’ third teaser ahead of its premiere in two weeks.

‘Why R U?’ is an upcoming tumultuous campus romance between four young college students from the Faculty of Film and Media and is best known as the South Korean remake of the Thai BL ‘Why R U เพราะรักใช่เปล่า’, a hit TV series adaptation based on Candy On’s novel of the same name.

The eight-episode web drama features up-and-coming actors Lee Jung Min, Lee Ye Hwan, Lee Sang Min, and Park Chang Hoon, is helmed by Kim Eun Hye, and has a screenplay written by Seo Ji Eun.

In the newest teaser below, it focuses on the second couple, Woo and Son Woo, a directing major, and his senior, Ko Yoo Kyeom The Faculty of Film and Media is now welcoming all the freshmen. Son Woo introduced himself and asked to correct his name written on the name tag. But his senior, Ko Yoo Kyeom, told him that it was the last piece of paper and later wondered if Son Woo was mad at him. What will happen when the two find themselves sleeping with each other and have their drunken kiss? Why did Son Woo kiss Yoo Kyeom? Is it because of the alcohol or is it curiosity? Is the novel becoming reality as they also mentioned in Lee Jin’s BL novel?

‘Why R U?’ is set to premiere on August 24th, and will be releasing two episodes every Thursday at 12 noon KST on the local streaming platform, Heavenly. For international fans, it will be having its simultaneous release on iQIYI worldwide except in South Korea, Taiwan (KKTV), and Japan (Rakuten TV).
