The upcoming Korean BL ‘Why R U?’ released a new teaser!

After releasing the first teaser, Idol Romance published a 40-second second teaser of their newest project, ‘Why R U?’ on YouTube ahead of its premiere this month!

The video below follows after Lee Won finds out his younger sister is writing a Boys Love novel starring him and Ji Oh and swears that her work does come true. The two, Lee Won and Ji Oh start to bicker every time they bump into each other, which leads everyone at the campus to think they are in a relationship. Has Lee Won finally realized that the novel is becoming real? If it’s not, why does he have to get involved with him? What will happen when Ji Oh seeks help from Lee Won? Will the acting class cause their tumultuous campus romance to blossom? Find out the answer in ‘Why R U?’.

‘Why R U?’ is an upcoming eight-episode campus romance and South Korean remake of the Thai BL series of the same name, under the same production as ‘Roommates Of Poongduck 304‘, ‘Happy Ending Romance‘, and ‘Once Again‘. The web drama features up-and-coming actors Lee Jung Min, Lee Ye Hwan, Lee Sang Min, and Park Chang Hoon as Jung Lee Won, Kim Ji Oh, Woo Sun Woo, and Ko Yoo Kyeom. It depicts the campus romance between four college students from the Faculty of Film and Media.

The web drama is set to premiere on August 24th and will air two episodes every Thursday at noon KST on Heavenly, Naver Series On, iQIYI, KKTV, and Rakuten TV.
