An omegaverse BL web novel will be adapted into a webtoon!

Omegaverse BL web novel 개같은 베이비 (literal translation: Dog-Like Baby) by author Jeong Yi So will be adapted into a webtoon at the second half of the year.

Aside from this BL novel, there are a total of 16 other webtoons that are planned to be released both locally in Korea and overseas this year, including 2 BL webtoons. An official from Metatoon, webtoon company producer, said, “It is a great honor to be able to produce webtoons based on popular web novels. As the popularity of the “female genre” is increasing day by day and the original work is getting a lot of attention, we aim to present well-made outcome of works.”

‘Dog-Like Baby’ is a story that revolves around Do Hee Won, an illegitimate son of a chaebol family who expresses dominant alpha tendencies but suffers from a rare case that transforms him into an omega when a more dominant alpha is near. It particularly happen when he meets Shin Gun Woo, a friend who is like a large dog.
