‘What Did You Eat Yesterday?’ shows the daily life of a middle-aged gay couple living in Tokyo. Their time during dinner consists of talking about pretty much everything, so it is a precious routine for the pair.

This is a heartwarming series wherein we can see a mature queer couple tackle real-life issues. The characters have such lovable personalities and their relationship exudes warmness. We can watch Shiro prepare food for Kenji all day, the food shots are a treat, and having the two live their domestic life is a simple pleasure.

3. The 8.2 Second Rule

‘The 8.2 Second Rule’ is a series where the main character, who is a hopeless romantic, is pursuing love. He believes two people can fall in love if they make eye contact for 8.2 seconds. He meets with various students to test this belief, accompanied by the sweets he prepared.
