The re-edited version of the drama ‘Perfect Propose‘ will be made into a movie titled ‘Perfect Propose: Dream Edition” and will be released in theatres on Friday, October 25 at TOHO Cinemas in Ikebukuro. Original smartphone stickers will be distributed as a gift to people who come on a first-come, first-served basis.
The popular drama is based on Mayo Tsurakame’s BL of the same name and begins with the reunion of two people who made a childhood promise to marry each other. The drama has been in the top 10 of FOD’s weekly rankings for five consecutive weeks since its release. It also ranked first in all regions in the overall rankings on GagaOOLala, a streaming service known for its extensive collection of LGBTQ+ content.
With its great popularity, it has been announced that a stage greeting will happen the day after the release of the movie and the main leads Kaneko Shunya and Nomura Kota will be appearing along with the director of the series, Horai Tadaaki.
