BREAKING: Goodbye, PerthChimon! GMMTV Announces End of “PerthChimon” As a CP

Perth Thanapon and Chimon Wahcirawit, known together as PerthChimon, are officially parting ways as screen partners!

The duo first played a couple in the series ‘Never Let Me Go’ as the characters Chopper and Ben alongside the main couple of Palm and Nuengdiao played by Pond Naravit and Phuwin Tangsakyuen. They then went on to play the lead roles of Kanghan and Sailom in the BL drama ‘Dangerous Romance’. Known for being a pairing of two talented actors capable of matching each other’s skills in front of the camera, it seems that this pairing has unfortunately come to a premature end, as announced by their management at GMMTV.

This news follows Chimon’s withdrawal from the series ‘Perfect10 Liners’, which was supposed to be his third acting project with Perth, as well as his prior withdrawal from the ‘Love Out Loud 2024 Fanfest’ concert, which he and Perth were meant to appear together. As Chimon himself explained, his withdrawal from work at the moment is due to him taking the necessary time to deal with his mental health issues. Unfortunately for fans of the pairing, this also means that PerthChimon is no more, with Perth likely to be paired with someone new for the upcoming series.

UPDATE: Perth has since made a post expressing gratitude for his time as Chimon’s screen partner, wishing him the best now that their time as a pair has ended. He also expressed thanks to the fans who have supported them for the last 2 years.
