On March 4, Monday, Netflix released the highly anticipated trailer for the Golden Globes-nominated actor which boasts a black-and-white, noir kind of cinematography. Talk about style!

‘Ripley’ is based on lesbian writer Patricia Highsmith’s classical 1955 psychological thriller novel, “The Talented Mr. Ripley.”
An official synopsis of the book reads, “Tom Ripley, a young American ne’er-do-well, travels to Italy on an unusual assignment, to convince a rich man’s son to return home. Once in Europe, Ripley’s talent for evil leads him to commit two murders and assume the identity of one of his victims.”
