The coming out happened when Tamra Judge asked Taylor to share something that she and her co-stars didn’t know about. She then told everyone that she’s bisexual and that she previously had a long-term relationship with a woman years ago. The said relationship lasted for “about five years.”

Taylor appears in this season of ‘The Real Housewives of Orange County’ as a friend of a housewife and joins the cast on a trip to Montana.

“Most people are surprised to find out that I’m bisexual, probably just because of stereotypes,” she said. “I mean, it’s not something I broadcast, but I’m open to all people that have great souls and that you can love.”

The previous relationship happened prior to her marriage to her late estranged husband Russel Armstrong. They divorced in 2011 after alleging that Armstrong had been emotionally and physically abusive. After their split, Armstrong died in his home by suicide.

Taylor has been married to her second husband, John Bluher, since 2014.

“I’m in such a happier place now in my life, I thought it would be fun to just go have fun with the girls and not feel the pressure of my home life and everything,” she said in an interview with ET about joining ‘The Real Housewives of Orange County’. Taylor made history this season when she became the first cast member to move from one franchise to another.
