Another one from the hit series ‘Heartstopper’ gets nominated for BAFTA!
After a huge nomination for creator and writer Alice Oseman, ‘Heartstopper’ gets another nomination — this time for a memorable (and certainly a fan fave) scene! The British Academy Film and Television Awards (BAFTA) announced that ‘Nick & Charlie’s first kiss’ is one, among five other scenes that are nominated for a ‘Memorable Moment Award’.
For those who have yet to watch ‘Heartstopper’, the scene mentioned was when Nick and Charlie stayed in a quiet room while their schoolmate (and bully) holds a party downstairs. It was a few innocent looks and touching that led them to their first kiss together. The scene was definitely memorable, especially since a lot of young people can relate to the innocence of their first kiss.
