ZeeNuNew Star in Regal Romance ‘The Next Prince’

Thai actors Zee Pruk Panich and NuNew Chawarin are confirmed to continue working together with their anticipated BL projects this year.

Zee and NuNew are undeniably one of the most popular BL couples, thanks to the fame they garnered from their series, “Cutie Pie” alongside its special episode titled, “Cutie Pie 2 You”. While the two are expected to have projects separately, the fans have been looking forward for the couple to star in their own series once again. Last December in the much-awaited DMD Line Up 2023 Into the Universe, the couple is revealed to be starring in the upcoming regal romance series, “The Next Prince” and a special movie from the entertainment company, Major Group—which are both slated to air this 2023. While there are still no details of the co-partnership content of DMD with Major Group, there are expectations and certainty that ZeeNuNew will be bringing quality work to their fans.

According to the director, Aoftion Kittipat, in an interview, the plot of the series was created by DMD and was given to the authors to work on. Deep Publishing has also announced that the English version will be released this year.

SYNOPSIS: The nation of Emmaly is known for its abundance, both by land and water, ruled by a monarchy and divided into five regions and leaders. According to royal law, each region must send an heir to compete in order to become a monarch where the winning heir’s father becomes the new ruler of Emmaly. This follows the story of the crown prince and heir, Khanin of the Atsawathewathin, and his royal bodyguard Charan Phithakdheva, whose family has been the Atsawathewathin’s royal guard for decades. He lives far away from Emmaly and doesn’t care about seizing the throne. Meanwhile, Charan, as the royal guard, has the duty to bring Khanin back to the country.
