“Boyband The Series”, is a TV series about a group of teenagers who aspired to become a world-class boyband. Aspirants undergo intense singing and dancing training and fierce competition to become an artist on the World Star label, the company owned by Khun Serena, the queen of the entertainment industry. And her artists’ golden rule is to forbid love with each other. However, there’s Top (played by ZUBOM of XI) and Juju (played by JAYMIN of XI), who develop a relationship from “rival to a friend” to “more than a friend”. Between “love” and “dream”, what would they choose?

Top and Juju, two contestants who want to make it to the top five, are forced to become rivals despite their mutual affection for each other. Since having a personal relationship between members is forbidden, the two must try to hide their feelings toward each other. Fans, however, begin shipping the two because of their cute chemistry whenever they are together. They have to keep the real score between them hidden to achieve their dream of becoming the world’s number-one boyband. What will happen when someone discovers the truth? Between ‘dream’ and ‘love’, what would they choose?
