WATCH: The Love Story Translates in ‘Love in Translation’

Today (August 11th), Atime26 has finally unveiled its newest Thai BL drama, ‘Love in Translation’ in its official trailer on One31’s YouTube channel.

The TV series ‘Love in Translation’ consists of ten episodes and features two promising actors who ranked #1 and #2 in the survival show LAZ iCon and debuted as members of LAZ1, namely, Pittaya Saechua (Daou) and Kantapon Jindataweephol (Offroad). It is helmed by Lit Phadung Samajarn, who directed ‘SOTUS’, ‘My Engineer’, ‘Love Mechanics’, ‘Dangerous Romance, and ‘Meow Ears Up!‘.

Yang, played by Daou Pittaya, is a young Chinese businessman who’s searching for local partners to establish his own convenience store in Thailand; however, his luck wasn’t on his side. Meanwhile, Poomjai, played by Offroad Kantapon, is an amateur Thai young man who had a crush on Tammy, a Chinese influencer who loves Thailand, His worries about the language barrier in wooing Tammy to be his girlfriend have been resolved as he meets Yang. At first, they weren’t on good terms until Yang offered to help Poomjai by teaching him Chinese in return for becoming his business partner. Yang successfully established his dream business named Xiao Tai Yang, and Tammy hits Poomjai. As they spend time together at the convenience store, feelings start to blossom. Will it translate to love?

‘Love in Transition’ is set to premiere on August 19th on local TV station One31, and will air every Saturday at 9:15 GMT+7. For its international release, stay tuned to BLtai for further updates!
