‘Battle of the Writers รัก…ใต้บรรทัด’ is a drama adaptation of the Chinese novel “游戏大作战” (The Great Battle of Games) by the author 苹果树树树. The story revolves around five renowned web novel authors who become entangled in a shameless game that leads to unexpected consequences. Starring Tutor Koraphat and Yim Pharinyakorn as Chan and Aob-Oon, respectively.
The series revolves around ZhaoZhao, a writer accused of plagiarizing the work of the renowned author Shi Er Ye. Despite his protests, ZhaoZhao’s story eerily mirrors Shi Er Ye’s novel, leading to a series of misunderstandings and accusations. As ZhaoZhao grapples with these issues, he forms an unexpected bond with Shi Er Ye. Together, they join a group of five male writers called “The Eyes of Wonder” to create a BL novel.
The official trailer offers glimpses into the series’ key plot points such as the plagiarism issue between Shi Er Ye and Zhao Zhao, the mystery person Shi Er Ye is looking for, the bond between the five writers, and the blooming romance between Shi Er Ye and Zhao Zhao and the other couples in the series. Fans can definitely look forward to the exciting scenes from the novel as Tutor and Yim become the characters themselves, wearing traditional Chinese attire. There’s plenty of sweet scenes and even steamy scenes, as seen near the end of the trailer. We’re definitely excited to see the live adaptation come to life!
