After revealing its lead cast, SiamSi Studio has finally dropped the official trailer ahead of the drama’s highly anticipated release!

The trailer introduces a young woman who dreams of someone she’s never met, while another woman searches tirelessly for her. Karan, portrayed by Kwon Chokejindachai (Natt), is a cold-hearted doctor, while Kliao Khluen, played by Pitchatorn Santinatornkul (Pitcha/Noon), is a 6th-year medical student (Extern). As they cross paths at the same hospital, how will their budding romance evolve? Will their story lead to a happily-ever-after, or will fate have something else in store for them?

The official synopsis reads: “Karan has dreamt of Kliao Khluen all her life. From a deep bond, their feelings slowly blossom into love. Their relationship may not be destined for a happily-ever-after, but rather a heartbreaking loss.
