WATCH: Amid The Chaos Love Unfolds in ‘Allure of the Siren’ Pilot Trailer

Heads up! The upcoming Thai BL ‘Allure of the Siren’ introduced additional cast members and unveiled its pilot trailer!

‘Allure of the Siren’ is an upcoming Thai BL based on C.L. Ramos’ novel of the same name. Set amid the vibrant chaos of Bangkok’s nightlife, the story weaves a gripping narrative of temptation, deception, and redemption. This project is a collaboration between Lani Studio and Bangkok Video Production, with Saroj Kunatanad (Ark), known for his work in VIU Original ‘Shadow’, directing.

On June 23rd, the production revealed Rapeewish Sangiamwong (Beer) and Chanwut Kwanmongkolcharoen (Bank) from ‘Beyond the Star’ as “Waan Saelim” and “Decha Anant,” whose roles will add layers to the story alongside the main characters, “Dao Liang” and “Chaisai Chen,” played by Tinakorn Loesviriyatum (Sun) and Puttipong Puttichod (Fluk).

Following that announcement, Lani Studio has finally unveiled its 4-minute-long trailer, generating buzz for its compelling and intriguing storyline and igniting anticipation for its release! Watch the full pilot here:

The synopsis of the novel reads: Two bitter rivals, Dao and Chaisai, are reluctantly thrust into an unprecedented partnership as they embark on a relentless quest to locate missing strippers. With an unwavering resolve, Dao takes a risk by going undercover as a stripper. As the investigation leads them into a malevolent underbelly, an unexpected bond blossoms between the detectives, igniting a profound romance that defies the odds. Behind the façade of Bangkok’s clubs lies a sinister truth: the abducted strippers are being subjected to the horrors of a drug known as “euphoria,” transforming their lives into a nightmarish ordeal. Whether facing death, a cruel fate, or the clutches of human trafficking, the victims are ensnared in a web of darkness. Throughout their journey, Dao and Chaisai uncover the harrowing realities of their city and the hidden dimensions of themselves. As they navigate the treacherous twists of the case, they confront their personal histories, family ties, and the twisted recesses of elite society. This story captures human connection, resilience, and the ceaseless pursuit of truth in the face of challenges.
