Craving something? ‘Flavor of Us’ has all the flavors combined in the released full pilot!
‘Yzilla: Flavor of Us’, formerly known as ‘Eat This Love’, is an upcoming Thai BL announced last year that is based on Loverouter’s novel of the same name. The drama depicts a food critic who bears a huge debt from his mother and unexpectedly inherits his grandfather’s estate. However, there were two conditions to fulfill: to take charge of the restaurant and to hire the chef that he hated the most.
Following the release of the teaser, the full pilot for the upcoming series showcases longer and unreleased scenes that fans can look forward to. The new scenes delve deeper into the characters and their stories. Narrated by Nubtang, he likens food to love and tells his story of being tasked with cooking for someone he hates, but is thankfully aided by his friends named Paipud and Baimieng. Same as in the teaser, the pilot explores themes of love, attraction, and the complexities of darker emotions like hatred and jealousy set on the small island the characters inhabit.
