Tul Pakorn Retires in the Entertainment Industry; To Pursue Career in Real Estate

Thai BL actor Tul Pakorn shared sad news for his fans through his Instagram.

Pakorn Thanasrivanitchai, known as Tul, is a 30-year-old actor, model, and architect born in Bangkok. He is the son of Somkiat Thanasriwanichai, the heir of the Group Thaiwat Engineering Co., Ltd., an engineering service provider, and the assistant professor Jane Chirathirawat. He graduated from Chulalongkorn University at the Faculty of Architecture and Masters of Science in Real Estate Development at Columbia Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation in July.

Tul Pakorn started out in the entertainment industry as a model for clothing, product, and music video brands at events such as the Elle Fashion Week. Then, he debuted as an actor in the popular series “Bad Romance (2016)” as Knock and paired with Max Nattapol, with the CP name “MaxTul”. With the pair’s impeccable chemistry and acting, Bad Romance has been renewed for two more sequels: ‘Together With Me (2017)’ and ‘Together With Me: The Next Chapter (2018)’, which focuses on Knock and Korn’s romance. After two years, MaxTul returned with a new project together and starred in the WeTV Original ‘Manner Of Death (2020)’.

On July 11th, Tul Pakorn shared some photos on Instagram from his Master’s degree graduation with a caption informing fans that he will be retiring from acting and will be starting his new journey in the real estate business.

From Thailand’s entertainment industry to the dynamic world of US real estate, my journey has taken an exhilarating turn. Today, I proudly celebrate graduating from the Masters of Science in Real Estate Development program at Columbia University, marking a remarkable chapter in my life. With immense gratitude, I reflect on the nine incredible years I worked as an actor. The journey would not be so fulfilling and memorable without all of my supportive audiences, whom I cannot thank enough. While my path has shifted, the passion ignited on those shows and stages continues to fuel my drive for success in this new chapter.

I am deeply thankful for the unwavering support from my family, professors, mentors, and classmates, who believed in my potential and helped shape me into the professional I am today. As I embark on this exciting journey in the real estate business, I will carry the spirit of a humble, hard-working, and persevering artist. Here’s to embracing change, pursuing new passions, and creating some of Thailand’s better developments. LET’S GOOOO!!!!!
