Zense Entertainment announces to adapt Chao Planoy’s novel ‘MATE เพื่อนรัก’ and invites aspirant actors to join as they launch its casting audition!
‘MATE: The Series’ is an upcoming Thai sapphic drama that will be produced by Zense Entertainment, known for their variety shows, namely ‘รู้หน้า ไม่รู้ใคร Who’s That’, ‘บริษัทฮาไม่จำกัด TAGTEAM’ and more, and which is based on Chao Planoy’s novel of the same name. This is not the first time that Chao Planoy’s works have been adapted into a TV series; in fact, Idol Factory has adapted it as its first-ever GL to air on television. Director Phadung Samajarn (Lit) will be in charge of this project, who is known for his work in ‘My Engineer’, ‘Love Mechanics’, ‘Love in Translation’, and ‘Meow Ears Up’.
The production launched casting and is now accepting applicants to play the lead roles, Genlong and Aoey, for which the selected aspirants will be contacted individually to proceed to its face-to-face audition.
