Pawin is currently under investigation by his own agency after a woman named Kaellynnn Thanradee Chanchaninkul came forward as his former girlfriend and accused the actor of physical assault including choking and hitting her in the head.
The accuser provided a series of proof in the form of photos of her numerous bruises and videos proving their romantic relationship on her Instagram stories, tagging Pawin and GMMTV. Kaellynnn said Pawin had hit her in the head three to four times and even choked her.
Pawin is best known for acting in the Thai BL series ‘Dangerous Romance,’ ‘My Gear and Your Gown,’ ‘The Stranded,’ ‘Our Skyy 2,’ and ‘The Eclipse.’ He was filming for the upcoming BL series “We Are” alongside his current on-screen partner Marc Natarit Worakornlertsith prior to the news of his physical assault.
There is no other information on the proceeding of the production of his current project nor the investigation of his case.
UPDATE: On February 28, Wednesday, Pawin held a press conference and confirmed that he will be withdrawing from ‘We Are’ but there is no news or confirmation on how things will proceed for the production of the series as they will ultimately depend on GMMTV’s decision.
Pawin expressed his regret at his suspension from work but stated that he understands the company’s decision.
“As for the series, I asked to withdraw because this matter will affect the series. I want to apologize to the company, all the team members, the director, and fellow actors for causing this matter to happen, and also apologize to everyone,” he told the press.
