“OMG Vampire” is a thrilling Thai BL series that follows the adventures of five mischievous vampires who escape into the human world in search of freedom. The drama unfolds in a world that forbids new-generation vampires from falling in love, thereby infusing the storyline with a layer of forbidden romance. The plot also delves into the backstory of Poom, who was once human but became a vampire after his beloved boyfriend consumed his blood—a condition required to become human. Following this event, Thaiwilight City, the land of vampires, enforced strict rules while Poom took his century-long slumber.
Led by Poom, the vampires are determined to break these laws and flee to the human world. It also introduces Patrick, a charming bartender, whose encounter with Pure becomes pivotal. However, as Poom, Sen, Run, Mix, and Jollie take drastic measures by touching the bible of life, their parallel bodies in the human world must die, leading to Pure’s tragic death in a car accident. Despite their success in escaping, the governor of Thaiwilight City becomes aware of their actions and plans to pursue them into the human world. This sets the stage for a series filled with adventure, romance, and an exploration of what it means to be a vampire in the modern world.
