“Regarding the current dispute between Mr. Jakapan Puttha (Build) and Miss Patchayamon Theewasujaroen (Poi), as a company, Be On Cloud Company Limited already acknowledged the dispute and immediately took action on this matter. In order to clearly and accurately understand the situation, we have reached out to both our artist, Mr. Jakapan, and the counterpart, Miss Patchayanon. The two used to have a close relationship but recently ceased their relationship, and some conflicts between them have arisen.
The relationship and conflicts are their personal business, in which the company respects their personal decisions. However, this dispute is an important and highly sensitive issue that cannot be neglected. Thus, the company humbly asks for the time to clearly and correctly investigate the matter and all the details from both parties. We have to listen and carefully consider all the information from both sides. As a result, the company is inevitably unable to disclose any detail or conclusion at this moment.
Nevertheless, the company would like to clarify and reconfirm our standpoint to the public that we acknowledge and understand the importance and severity of this dispute. Therefore, our judgment will not be swayed toward any side but the truth: Everything will be processed based solely on truth and fairness. Every party will be held accountable for their own deeds. Announcement regarding Mr. Jakapan Puttha’s work suspension
Apart from the previous announcement regarding our investigation of the ongoing dispute surrounding Mr. Jakapan Puttha (Build) and Miss Patchayamon Theewasujaroen (Poi), Be On Cloud Company Limited would like to inform the public about our decision to suspend Mr. Jakapan from all his work schedules and activities.
Mr. Jakapan will be going on a hiatus from all work without a definite period. Most importantly, he will also be excluded from the company’s projects immediately. He will be taking his time off from his schedule to carefully reflect on his deeds and handle his dispute and lawsuit. His work suspension will be effective until the dispute has been resolved and come to a clear conclusion. Any further direction regarding this matter from the company will later be announced promptly as deemed appropriate.
