Actor-Singer NuNew Chawarin Sings ‘Absolute Zero’ Original Soundtrack Forget About Us

On August 26th, Studio Wabi Sabi unveiled its second original soundtrack (OST) for their upcoming Thai BL ‘Absolute Zero’ ahead of its premiere next month.

‘Cutie Pie’ lead actor NuNew Chawarin was revealed to be the second singer prior to the soundtrack MV release of the song the same day. ‘กลับไปไม่รู้จักกัน’ (Forget About Us) is a heartbreaking song that refers to the drama’s sorrowful and painful premise and is accompanied by an orchestra. The song is produced by Boy Sompob, who also wrote its lyrics and melodies and was the singer of the first OST.

By the next day, the production had released behind-the-scenes footage of the recording and filming of the music video. NuNew revealed that this is the second song that he will be singing where he’s not the actor in the series. The first one is ‘True Love’, an OST of ‘To Sir Love, and the MV has almost 60 million views to date.

During recording, NuNew says the song he will be singing refers to time-traveling and changing the past, where they find resolution by pretending that they don’t know each other and are not used as lovers. He also reveals that this is the saddest song that he has ever sung and is grateful for the opportunity to be its vocalist.

‘Absolute Zero’ is an upcoming heart-wrenching drama adaptation of Salil’s novel of the same name. It features actors Tor Supakorn, Mix Wanut, Toey Puwanut, and Krist Piyapaphakornkoon as the younger and older versions of ‘Ongsa and Suangsoon’.

The drama is set to premiere on September 27th and will air every Wednesday at 8 p.m. GMT+7 on the global streaming platform iQIYI.
